Deleting your account will remove your personal information from Tickit. This action cannot be undone.

If you would like to delete your Tickit account, follow these steps:

• Log in to your Tickit account using Tickit mobile app.
• Select the Profile tab from the bottom navigation and then select "Preferences".
• Scroll to the bottom and tap the "Close Account" button.
• Confirm that you want to close your account.

After submitting your request, your account will be deleted instantly.

If you are unable to delete your account via the app, or no longer have access to the app, please contact our Support team who can process this request.

Once your account is deleted it won’t be possible to restore any information connected to it, including your Tickit points balance, activity and transactions history.

Although your data will be deleted, we may keep some information  for things like legal issues or terms violations to comply with the law and as stated in our Privacy Policy.
