Tickit Ramadan Rewards Campaign (in collaboration with MEREX, DHAM, Azadea and Jumeirah Restaurants) [11 March 2024 – 14 April 2024]

The following Tickit Ramadan Rewards Campaign (in collaboration with MEREX, DHAM, Azadea and Jumeirah Restaurants) terms and conditions (the “Ramadan Rewards T&Cs”) apply to all Members wishing to participate in the Promotion (as defined below). These Ramadan Rewards T&Cs are subject to the Dubai Holding Loyalty Programme General Terms and Conditions which are incorporated by reference herein.

1. Spend a minimum of AED 25 per meal on three separate meals at any Ramadan Rewards Partner Outlets (as defined below) paid for using a UAE-issued credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard) linked to a Member’s DHLP Account Virtual Wallet and receive 50 DHLP Points (equivalent to AED 50) (the “Ramadan DHLP Points”), subject to these Ramadan Rewards T&Cs (the “Promotion”).

2. The Promotion is applicable to the following Partner Outlets:

• MEREX food and beverage Partner Outlets located in City Walk, and The Beach JBR;

• DHAM food and beverage Partner Outlets located in Al Khawaneej, Bluewaters, and Jumeirah Beach Residence, The Outlet Village;

• Paul;

• Eataly;

• New Shanghai;

• The Butcher Shop & Grill;

• Trattoria, The Noodle House, Flow; and Pai Thai, Butcha Steakhouse, Hillhouse Brasserie, Mundo, The Bolt Hole The Duck Hook;

• The Daily at Rove Hotels;

• Jumeirah restaurants;

(together, the “Ramadan Rewards Partner Outlets”).

3. The Promotion may only be redeemed once per Member during the Term (as defined below).

4. The Ramadan DHLP Points will be credited into the Member’s DHLP Account Virtual Wallet at the end of the relevant month.

5. This Promotion is valid from 11March 2024 to 14 April 2024 (the “Term”).

6. This Promotion is only valid and shall take place in the UAE.

7. The Ramadan DHLP Points are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged and cannot be used in conjunction with any other DHLP offer or promotion.

8. The Ramadan DHLP Points are awarded on an “as is” basis and without any warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied.

9. Dubai Holding respects the privacy of Members and hereby undertakes that any and all information provided pursuant to entry into the Draw will only be used in accordance with the applicable data protection rules and regulations as per the DHLP Privacy Policy which can be found at https://gettickit.com/privacy-notice.php.

10. Members can contact a DHLP App customer service representative via the DHLP App in relation to any queries.
