Summer Spend and Win Promotion at JBR 27 June 2025 -31 August 2025
The following Summer Spend and Win Promotion at JBR terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”) apply to new Members and existing Members of the DHLP App. To participate in the Promotion, Members must link a UAE-issued credit and/or debit card (Visa or Mastercard) to their DHLP Account Virtual Wallet. (as defined below). These T&Cs are subject to the Dubai Holding Loyalty Programme General Terms and Conditions which are incorporated by reference herein.
The Promotion
1. Spend a minimum of AED 150 using a UAE-issued credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard) linked to a Member’s DHLP Account Virtual Wallet at any Partner Outlet in JBR (each a “Promotion Partner Outlet”, together the “Promotion Partner Outlets”) and stand a chance to win 10,000 DHLP Points (equivalent to AED 10,000) (each a “Prize”, together the “Prizes”) subject to these T&Cs (the “Promotion”).
2. Members must download the DHLP App and link a UAE-issued credit and/or debit card (Visa or Mastercard) to their DHLP Account Virtual Wallet to participate in the Promotion.
3. To participate in the Promotion, Members must be at least eighteen (18) years old and a UAE resident holding a valid Emirates ID.
4. This Promotion is valid from 27 June 2025 to 31 August 2025 (inclusive) (the “Term”).
5. This Promotion is only valid and shall take place in the UAE.
6. At the end of the Term, a total of five (5) Members shall be eligible to win a Prize (each a “Winner”, together the “Winners”).
7. Each transaction of at least AED 150 made by a Member at a Promotion Partner Outlet during the Term gives that Member a single entry into the draw for a chance to win a Prize (the “Draw”).
8. A transaction made by a Member at a Promotion Partner Outlet that is more than AED 150 will be rounded down to the nearest hundred denomination to determine the number of entries in the Draw, for example:
a. If a Member spends AED 175 at a Promotion Partner Outlet, they will receive 1 entry to the Draw;
b. If a Member spends AED 300 at a Promotion Partner Outlet, they will receive 2 entries to the Draw;
c. If a Member spends AED 370 at a Promotion Partner Outlet, they will receive 2 entries to the Draw;
d. If a Member spends AED 450 at a Promotion Partner Outlet, they will receive 3 entries to the Draw.
9. Two separate transactions cannot be combined to qualify for more entries into the Draw.
10. If the Member subsequently cancels the order or returns the goods which generated one or more entries into the Draw, the relevant entries will be withdrawn.
11. The Winners will be selected by Dubai Holding, together with a representative from the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), through a random draw process on 9 July 2025, 23 July 2025, 6 August 2025, 20 August 2025, and 9 September 2025 (the “Draw Date”). The Draw Date is subject to change at the sole discretion of Dubai Holding, and Dubai Holding may add one or more Draw Dates.
12. Winners will be contacted via email and/or WhatsApp using the contact details registered in their DHLP Account. It is the responsibility of the Member to ensure their details are accurate and up to date.
13. DHLP Points will be credited to the Winners’ DHLP Account Virtual Wallet within [X] days of the Draw Date.
14. The Prize is non-transferable, cannot be encashed or exchanged, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other DHLP offer or promotion.
15. The Prizes are awarded on an “as is” basis and without any warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied.
16. Dubai Holding respects the privacy of Members and hereby undertakes that any and all information provided pursuant to entry into the Draw will only be used in accordance with the applicable data protection rules and regulations as per the DHLP Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://gettickit.com/privacy-notice.php.
17. Members can contact a DHLP App customer service representative via the DHLP App in relation to any queries.
