The Promotion shall be applicable to all “Eligible Cardholders” who hold a valid Mashreq CreditCard/Debit Card (“Mashreq Card”) or Mashreq Al Islami Credit Cardholders who hold a valid Mashreq Al Islami Credit Card (“Mashreq Card”) and who are participating members in the DH Loyalty Product (“Members”).

The Offer:

- Members shall be enrolled in ‘Tickit Together’ and shall be entitled to receive the following benefits:
 - Triple the receipt of points in the DH Loyalty Product on each spend at a DH Loyalty Product partner outlet using a Mashreq Card; and
   ·   Special offers and discounts at the Merchant and the Merchant’s Affiliates’ entertainment and food and beverage partner outlets, decided at the sole        discretion of the Merchant and subject to availability during the Offer Period.

- Triple points mechanism:
    - Upon a Member registering on the DH Loyalty Product and linking their Mashreq Card, the Member will become eligible for the triple point benefits;
    - Members will receive their regular points instantly as and when they spend at a DH Loyalty Product partner outlet;
    - At the end of each month for the Offer Period, Members will be credited their triple points and will be notified via a statement;
    - All jewelry stores listed on the DH Loyalty Product shall be excluded from the Promotion; and
    - Triple points shall be capped up to a maximum of AED 5,000 spend across DH Loyalty Product partner outlets for each month during the Offer Period.

- A valid Mashreq Card must be used by a Member for payment to redeem the above mentioned benefits.
- The Promotion is applicable only to Members using a Mashreq Card and who have received the Promotion communication.
- The Promotion shall be valid from 15 August 2023 to 30 November 2023, inclusive of both the dates (the “Offer Period”).
- The Promotion shall be valid on all days during the Offer Period including UAE public holidays.
- Members participating in the Promotion shall be subject to the applicable terms and conditions prescribed to Mashreq Cards by Mashreq.

This offer cannot be combined with any other points multiplier offers running at the same time.
This offer not valid on rent, service charge payments on all applicable DH channels.

General Terms and Conditions:

- The offer cannot be redeemed in cash in whole or in part and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer promotion during the offer period.
By enrolling for the offer, the Card Member authorizes Mashreq to provide Eligible Card holder information that are necessary to fulfill the registration/enrolment process of the Offer to its third-party service providers. Further, the Eligible Card holder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promotion.

- The offer will not apply if you pay using Apple Pay or any other pay/wallet transactions.

- The offer is not valid on Mashreq Corporate Credit Cards and Mashreq Noon Credit and Debit Cards.

- An Eligible Cardholder that transacts during the Offer period shall be deemed to have accepted his/her participation in the Offer as per these Terms &Conditions of the Offer.

- If the Eligible Cardholder violates any of these terms, the Offer will be invalid.

- Mashreq reserves the right to notify the Eligible Cardholder by phone or any other means of communication which Mashreq, in its absolute discretion, deems fit.

- By utilizing or attempting to utilize any of the offers at Merchant and the Merchant’s Affiliates’ entertainment and food and beverage partner outlets under this Campaign, the Eligible Card holder understands, acknowledges and agrees that:

a. Any claim, complaint or dispute of any nature arising out of or in relation to the procurement, or attempted procurement by the cardholder of  any special offers and discounts at the Merchant and the Merchant’s Affiliates’ entertainment and food and beverage partner outlets under the Offer (each a claim) shall be settled by the cardholder directly with Tickit, and card holder shall not make any claim to Mashreq

b. With out prejudice to the foregoing, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Mashreqshall not be liable to any person for any loss, damage, expenses or claim(whether direct or indirect) in relation to any personal injury, death, false representation, damage or omission arising from or in connection with the usage or attempted usage of the Offer or goods and/or services provided under the Offer representation, damage or omission arising.

- It is the Eligible Cardholder’s responsibility to ensure that details such as mobile number and email ID provided to Mashreq are correct. Eligible Cardholder’s name should be correctly updated in Mashreq's records

- Mashreq reserves the right in its absolute discretion to amend, supplement, suspend or terminate this Offer or its associated Terms and Conditions without any prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, the amendment, suspension or termination of this Offer by Mashreq shall not entitle the Eligible Cardholder or winner to any claim, compensation of loss or damages from Mashreq

- The Bank has the sole right to exclude and/or disqualify any Eligible Cardholder from participating in the Offer at any given time for any reasons whatsoever without giving any prior notification to such Cardholder. Any excluded/disqualified Eligible Cardholder from the Offer shall not, under any circumstances, be compensated by the Bank in any event whatsoever

- Mashreq, at its absolute discretion shall have the right to terminate the Eligible Cardholder’s Mashreq Card account in order to protect Mashreq’s interests in any manner whatsoever

- In no event shall Mashreq, any of its affiliates, or any of its officers, directors, employees or agents be liable or responsible for any loss, damage or expense arising out of or otherwise related to this Offer

- Mashreq shall not be in breach of its obligations or otherwise be liable to conduct the Offer as a result of any Force Majeure Event. A Force Majeure Event in these terms and conditions, shall mean circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Mashreq and unforeseeable situations including, amongst other things, acts of God, industrial disputes, acts and regulations of any governmental or authority in any jurisdiction, epidemics, pandemics, diseases or public health emergencies, etc. In such circumstances, Mashreq's obligations to the Eligible Cardholder shall automatically stand discharged without the need to provide notice

- Mashreq does not offer or provide any warranties, nor accept any responsibility or liability of any kind in respect of the Offer and hereby disclaims any and all express or implied warranties with respect of the same

- Mashreq shall not be responsible if the quality of goods or services provided by any merchant are not up to the satisfaction of Eligible Cardholders

- These Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with Mashreq’s Credit and Debit Card general terms and conditions governing the card and the Eligible Cardholder agrees to be unconditionally bound by the same. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions of the Offer and the general credit and debit card terms and conditions, these Terms and Conditions will prevail only to the extent of the Offer

- The Offer along with its Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates without prejudice to resolutions, notices, framework or any guidance/advises from Central Bank of UAE including those related to Mashreq Al Islami.

- Any complaints/inquiries by Cardholders in relation to the Offer will only be entertained until 60 days from the offer end date

- Mashreq’s decision on all matters and/or disputes relating to this Offer shall be final and binding on all Cardholders

- Employees and staff of the Mashreq or any of its subsidiaries are eligible under this Campaign

- Mashreqbank PSC and Mashreq Al Islami (The Islamic Window of Mashreqbank PSC), a bank licensed and regulated by the UAE Central Bank
